Kehrt Mick Schumacher zurück in die Formel 1?

Die Karriere von Mick Schumacher gleicht einer Achterbahn. Nach insgesamt sehr überzeugenden Meisterschaften in der Formel 3 und Formel 2 konnte Schumacher mit Haas in die Formel 1 aufsteigen. Dort lief es zwei Jahre lang aber enorm durchwachsen und die Kombination erwies sich selten als erfolgreich. Einigen guten Auftritten stehen viele Fehler und öffentliche Anschuldigungen von Günther Steiner entgegen. Das Potential schlummert aber im Sohn des 7-maligen Weltmeisters und so holte Toto Wolff Schumacher in die Mercedes-Familie, wo er fortan als Test- und Simulationsfahrer sehr gute Arbeit ablieferte.

2024 fährt Mick aber wieder Rennen, und zwar für die Alpine-Werksmannschaft in der WEC Langstreckenweltmeisterschaft. Dort schlägt er sich wacker, auch wenn die ganz großen Ergebnisse bisher ausbleiben. Möglicherweise könnten diese guten Leistungen aber die Tür zur Formel 1 wieder aufstoßen.
